Homebrew I messed up, what can I do to fix my 3ds?

Where do i begin. Ah yes: I was trying the dsiware downgrade for 2 days, because i have no previous experience with dsiware hacking. I tried out the four swords one and when i system transferred (yes i made sure everything was working before i transferred) to my unhacked 3ds, the game wasnt even there!!! Yes, i selected yes to transfer over dsiware, and it even showed on the pikmin screen.

What can i do?

Just one question, what did you use to System Transfer? (ie: O3DS -> O3DS)

Shoulda spent a couple bucks and take the recommended way tbh.

All you can do is wait 7 days, re-transfer and wait another 7 days and try it again
OR
call Ninty, make up some lie and have them transfer your NNID back to your source system.

When I said "recommended" I meant as in to buy Fieldrunners or whatever game required pertaining to your 3DS region. I dunno much bout 4swords, but I know it's not recommended.

Since you did 2DS to O3DS, there should have been a promt for you to switch out the SD Card from "source" to "target". Did you do that?
