The IP is 149.56.142.12 but vps84737.vps.ovh.ca should also work too. I'd just suggest sticking to using the IP for now, though.

It's modded, and you need this modpack to join.

EDIT: Oh yeah, you also need to be running 1.7.10.

It should, unless I forgot to save the last change I made to server.properties.

That's strange. I'd SSH into the VPS to try and figure out the issue, but I was literally just kicked off the computer, and there's no way I can SSH into it on my phone.
