    Are you using a mastercard?
I had a lot of problems ordering from a few random chinese flash cart sites with mastercard, the couple of times I reported the issue I received replies in broken english basically advsing that mastercard wont work and I need to use visa. This despite their page showing the mastercard logo.

List of a few other sellers: http://gbatemp.net/threads/ez-flash-iv-is-being-discontinued.339309/page-4#post-4587079
Flashlinker-shop.com are pricey, but they accept paypal and are a trusted site.

If your using a visa gift card service where you can't assign a shipping address to it, your not going to be able to use it on sites like gamecardsource. The service they use checks your shipping address to what address is on file for the card number, which is likely blank if you can't assign a shipping address. Making it useless to use online outside of using it in person at a gas station or store.

    ---

What visa gift card are you using.

Vanilla visa gift cards use to work online, but the newer ones took out the ability to add a shipping address making them not work online even when the stupid thing says you can.

If a site has anything like verified by visa logo or mastercard secured or whatever, they are checking the name and address information on a card with whatever name and address your providing before approving an order.

Its a Vanilla Visa gift card. It says it will work online if you confirm your zip code. (Witch I did.) However I was able to add it to my paypal account though. What gift card is better for buying stuff online ? HOLY **** I WAS RIPPED OFF!!!! I found one on ebay here, http://www.ebay.com/itm/EZ-FLASH-iv...t=Video_Games_Accessories&hash=item3f23c9b9a8
This might be a possibility, Ill wait and see how the price is. If this will work with paypal, that is.

Any gift card that you can assign a name and address to will work.

I use to use the vanilla visa gift card, until they started to use the ones with only the zipcode only. Basically fucked over any sites that used the verified by visa logos.

The only place you can use a vanilla visa online is amazon and paypal after verifying the zipcode on the vanillavisa website.

I am trying to remember the prepaid visa cards I used. I think it was one of those walmart visa gift cards like below.

You have to use the https://www.walmartgift.com/wmgift website and register your address and name if your going to use it online. If I remember correctly it took like 24 hours for any updates to take effect.

I haven't bought any giftcards in a while, if the information about them changed you will have to go through what is available to you to find out.

There are some American Express gift cards that allowed for adding a name and shipping address to the card information but they were not usable on the sites back then.

Yes you can use the gift card to buy another one, as long as it is in person, it is allowed. It is the same as transferring the balance.
You still have to pay for activation of a new card.

If the cashier doesn't think it is possible and tells you no, it is likely a new person. Just tell them that someone got you a gift card that you couldn't use online and you want to put the amount left on one that works online. Or you can say it is the same as consolidating several gift cards that are about to expire onto a new card.

If you have to think about it, that is how those online gift card for cash websites work on a small scale. They pool the amounts into an account to reissue any gift card that you buy from them.
