Right now, I'm trying to homebrew my New 2DS XL(with the 11.15 firmware) and followed every single step of this site(https://3ds.hacks.guide/seedminer) exactly how I'm supposed to and I keep running into this problem. What gives?
What are you trying to do?
This console obviously already has CFW. No need for Seedminer, no need for starting the HB Launcher through a game exploit.

Here's the long story. I've homebrewed this same New 2DS XL in the past and when I tried to add more games to my MicroSD card, my computer corrupted the card entirely so I had to re-format the card(in order for my PC and 2DS to be able to even detect the card) and lost my homebrew app and everything else installed previously. I figured I'd have to format my New 2DS XL system entirely to redo the whole process to be able to get the homebrew apps again.
Aha. The good old "Something did not work, so I decided to delete everything"-method. This idea will never disappear.
The good news is that B9S survives this.

Yeah, I know this was a dumb approach I did to fix my problems but it was apparently the only way I could get my PC and 2DS to be able to detect the card again because I tried recovering the lost data on the card through a drive recovery software and that didn't work. Thanks for the link.
