Gaming I just got Surfing Pikachu on PBR...has the save

This sucks, looking at the data...loading the PCD file on an old save I see some differences.
Mainly this:
Step 1) Section 1 you need to enable mystery Gift by clicking the check box
Step 2) Under wonder Card ID type 150 and hit the add button
Step 3) Hit Enable Gift, Gift Type = Pokemon (UNCHECK POKEMON IS OT)
Step 4) Load the PKM file Into the Pokemon Box
Step 5) Add the WonderCard PCD File and your done.....

Wow what a hassle....anybody really want this guy that bad...? I'll create an image to show you what to click if anybody really wants to try to enable this

*Edit having Pikachu as en egg wont make it legit FYI cause the trainer name will become yours

if you load his PCD file into the wonder card side and then hit save next to the pokemon name you can save pikachu as a pkm, then load it on the other side

my only question is do you link it to the wonder card with the "corresponding card" option ?

Hmm, tried everything, don't know what's wrong on my end...

On a side note, I tried doing a minor change (Changing my character to a Female) and THAT didn't even work...

It always starts me off in the place I last saved with nothing changed...

Maybe it's just the Supercard's .sav files? (Does Pokesav even work with the SupercardDSone at all?)

Martin does the supercard back up the save everytime you turn it on if so start up another game on your supercard first then edit your pokemon save and drop it on your card.

can i ask if it matters what ID you give the wondercard, mystery gift item? IF so how do you know what ID to put?
By the way. I have a supercard DS one and can get it working.. Martin, what i do is load pkmn save then soft reset, so it saves the saver, then load another game, say clubhouse, then soft reset then after saving the saver i edit in pokesav.

What thegame said is correct and antwill's solution will work as well. Regarding antwill's question...knowing the ID for the wonder card being 150 is based off the fact that my save is legit and what you see on my side is exactly how PBR set up my save for me.

No, its a level 10, Pikachu, everything is pretty much normal, except it knows Surf.

Yeah its pretty much a normal pikachu thats hatched from an egg, has the same stats, except it wasnt an egg and knows surf and is from Pokemon Battle Revolution, so in a way its not a normal pikachu that comes out of an egg. If you know how and want to you can make it an egg in Pokesav though.

Alrighty, just need some clarification before I try this again... This is what I should do? :

1.) Start up SCDS1
2.) Start up Pokemon Diamond
3.) Save while In-game
4.) Soft Reset to the SCDS1 Main Menu (L + R + A + B + X + Y)
5.) Load [Clubhouse] from the SCDS1 Main Menu
6.) While in [Clubhouse] I Soft Reset to the SCDS1 Main Menu again
7.) Turn Off DS
8.) Pull PKMND.SAV off MicroSD and edit with PokeSav on PC
9.) Replace old PKMND.SAV file on MicroSD with newly edited PKMND.SAV from the PC

BTW, no idea what the SCDS1 "Saver" is... I know that every time I start up my SCDS1 it always says "Please Wait, Saving Saver" but I never knew what it meant. Can someone explain what this "saver" is and what it does?

No if it is legitly done you get a Pikachu thats not in egg form from a mail carrier. Again as said above anybody can make a pikachu with whatever move they want but the goal here is to not transfer hacked or fake pokemon....hatching a level 10 pikachu again will (or should) may you the original trainer....therefor your surfing pikachu would not be legit.

You got it Martin, good luck.
The saver .... when you start a game it moves the save to the onboard memory. It stays there till you shut off your DS and which point the flash cart moves your save from the onboard memory to the original save file. Therefor lets say your playing Pokemon and get an ultra rare something or the other and want to back up your save file to share. You turn off your DS, back up the save....and then turn your game back on....when it says "backing up saver" its actually copying your last save to your flash cart....which means you most likely backed up your save before last. Again...when editing or backing up saves its as easy as turning off the DS, turning on the DS, waiting for the screen to say "backing up saver" and then shutting down.

I think of it more as transfering the save file from the memory or battery to the SD card, which is what you said, but simplified. Back when the Supercard first came out they said to save you have to turn off then on, before a certain amount of time (this was before they had soft-reset), so this sort of practice has become normal to me. But simply turning the ds off and then on and then off again to back up the save, does not work for me however, which is why i suggested that [M]artin loads another game in order for it to send the save from memory to the cart and put another save game into memory, as the Supercard has a lastgame.sav or something in which it auto loads that save sometimes for and nothings changed.
