Hacking i just cant figure out how to use the r4ds cheat c

assume im an idiot but i have read a few tutorials and just cant figure out how to import cheat codes to the ds /w r4ds pls somehelp. what files do i copy and paste , what program to use and how to use it. all i want is to unlock all minigames on mario pty for the kids thanks
