So, from what i've heard, its a small box you plug on your tv/monitor and it'll connect to some kind of server (powerful server)
you have your game (on it or in the box idk) treated by the server. Treated as in gpu/cpu/ram treatment.
Then, they'll appear on your screen
Also from what I've heard, it's a monthly subscribtion, but you get latest hardware, so you dont have to pay 500$ every year for the brand new gpu.
Again, also from what I've heard, it's something we couldn't do before because of internet unstability, but now we can...

So? can someone please give me more intel about this, like the name of this technology (clouded GPU?) or sources where i can read more about it?
thanks

If you are paying $500 a year for a new GPU since... about directx9.0c, maybe one of the later shader models then you have been being a bit more spend happy than you really need to be. Things have not exactly stagnated but do last for several years, especially if you are spending that kind of money.

You could be describing one of two things
1) Game streaming. Been tried for years now (one of the first services to really make a go of it was onlive and that was in 2010), and existed in other forms for even longer (2003 if not earlier we saw kaillera to allow emulated games to do netplay), there is a reason we are not all using it. This also ignores PC by post.
2) Some kind of remote GPU. Saw talk of this a while ago but latency is obviously going to be a problem. It is mostly being used for people needing mass calculations rather than game level speeds and latency.

The internet has not changed in any kind of fundamental way to allow such things to happen now where it could not before ( https://www.gamasutra.com/view/feature/131781/the_internet_sucks_or_what_i_.php is as relevant as ever).
