I have my dump of sysnand/emunand on 9.2, pokemon ruby omega, so, their any possibility to downgrade to 9.2 ?

You'll have to hardmod it and restore your 9.2 backup. You could also probably do it with two 3DS's, one being yours and the other hacked, and one of the hackable DSiWares, but that's probably not worth the trouble. Next time, and all times proceeding that, just ask for help here

You can not use anything to restore a NAND backup on an unpatched sysNAND on this firmware. It's not possible.
Get a Dsiware downgrade or a hardmod, those are your only options.

If the 2DS has CFW I recommend you to do Dsiware. It's really easy.

It's not. https://plailect.github.io/Guide/get-started Select your model, firmware and region, then that you want to do a Dsiware downgrade.

Video tutorials, while they may be easier to follow, are prone to being outdated. As such, it is not recommended to use them, and instead it would be better to follow Plailect's guide.
I literally have a poem about it in my signature, albeit a little horrible.
