Homebrew I have the homebrew launcher but no applications found

I have the homebrew application installed but no applications can be found, can someone direct me with the steps needed after this to get luma?

follow 3ds.guide (it's a website) it should get you from where you are to cfw (luma and rosalina)
I'd follow it from the very start even though you already have homebrew access

To launch varies software via the Homebrew Launcher simply place the .3dsx file of the software in the folder at the root of the SD card labeled 3ds and when you boot the Homebrew Launcher it will detect it
