There is no reason to downgrade a 3DS to 1.0. Things not working after the downgrade is not a surprise.

Warning: Doing so can lead to bricking (especially: Do not downgrade the "new" series) Please keep a NAND backup ready if you ever think about downgrading.

I don't think there is a need for a CTRTransfer Image with such a low version -- and offering one is against GBAtemp rules since this obliviously contains Nintendo copyrighted material.

That kind of archive already exists (linking it is obviously a big no-no).
Downgrading is a simple as downloading 1.0 firmware from somewhere and downgrade with Sysupdater. No need for CTRTransfer.

Again: It is a bad idea (good only for testing and "mad scientist syndrome").

Again there buddy, you cannot share copyrighted material. Even sharing it that way is still sharing and Nintendo owns the copyright to its OS's and they care.
