Hacking I have rxTools and ctrBootManager and am trying to install a9lh

I have rxTools 3.0, ctrbootmanager, and am attempting to install a9lh. What steps what I need to take to do so? Would I need to uninstall rxtools and start from scratch? Also, I saw a safe a9lh installer ( https://gbatemp.net/threads/safea9lhinstaller.419577/ ), would i be able to use this? I running sysnand 9.2 and emunand 10.7 Thanks.
