  1. Yes you should be safe on 4.83 ferrox because the version is 4.83 and you are not using hombrew.

  2. No you need to run SENenabler or PSNpatch or something like that.

  3. Why not do save transfers another way?

I have Final Fantasy X HD remastered on a retail game disc. If I have 4.82.2 rebug or 4.83 ferrox cfw and log into psn to upload my game saves so that I can transfer them to my vita will I get banned? I am not currently using any homebrew or any multiman, webman, or cheats. How do I temporarily disable all the things that might give away the fact I am not on OFW?

The easiest way is to install Webman Mod, then use the "delete syscalls" feature (R2+triangle); other homebrews exist to do the same thing, if for whatever reason you don't like Webman

Some games have spyware in them, and will require an antiban patched eboot to play online; but just using the "copy save to PS Plus" in the XMB doesn't need you to run them in the first place
