Hacking I have an issue with 3DS Video v1.32

I made a side-by-side vid, used 3DS Video to convert it, and when I try to view it, it says the format is not supported, I also noticed videos that I record on the 3DS show on the computer as 480 pixels by 240 pixels instead of 400x240. Any idea why?

Never mind, I found out how to get them to work, but how do I get a side by side video with the left and right vids not 400x240 (5:3 aspect ratio) to play on the 3ds with the proper aspect ratio? I tell it to Keep Aspect Ratio for the side-by-side vid and it shows it greatly stretched out horizontally because it reads the two sides next to each other as the aspect ratio. (example, in the info for the input video, instead of 400x240, it shows 800x240)
