Hacking I have a 4gb SD card in O3DS and want to update to 8GB (emuNAND)

I have a 4GB sd card in my O3DS and I cant install some cia files because there is not enough room. I want to use my 8GB card that I have how can I use it 8GB card and copy all the stuff inculding emuNAND over and make it work? Or what do I have to do to make this work? Copying and pasting doesn't work. Using Gateway.

Use command prompt to do a robocopy from the one sd card to your pc, then from your pc to the other sd card.

i think you inject a copy of your emunand onto the new card then just copy all the stuff on your 4gb to the 8gb....basically i think thats it but im a newbie myself so hopefully some of the sites experts will put us both right lol thx

Or just here me out format Emunand on the new 8GB card, back up the 4GB Emunand and inject it using this https://gbatemp.net/threads/emunand-tool-release-and-support-thread.359239/ then drag the folders back to the 8GB card.

3 methods

- Use DiskGenius (it's a Chinese software, I don't know if there is an English version) to create Old SD image.
- Use DiskGenius to write the image to New SD, and adjust the partition size (DO NOT adjust the former 1GB/2GB space otherwise you will lose emuNAND partition and you should reset your whole work).

- Use Win32DiskImager to create Old SD image.
- Write the image to New SD.
- Use DiskGenius to adjust the partition size.

- Do a Format emuNAND on New SD.
- Export Old SD emuNAND with emuNANDTool.
- Inject the exported emuNAND to New SD with emuNANDTool.
- Copy all the Old SD files to New SD.

Method 1 & 2 only work for small Old SD to large New SD.
Method 3 works for everything.
