Got lost in your CPU... okay..

BTW the link has an extra http:// on it, so its broken.

That's horribly expensive for a 1GB card, you're better off ordering from Asia or something and waiting the extra week

    Huh, unlucky much?

If it was me, I'd probably just remove the faceplate and look inside. Then again, are you sure you looked hard enough? It might have bounced off and flew in a completely different direction.

True, the card is really tiny, though, so it's really annoying.

    What capacity?

DealExtreme has the 2GB Kingston microSD (Japan) for $30, while they sell the 1GB for $15. And they offer free shipping. Gameyeeeah has the Kingston 1GB (Japan) for $25. I'd look at Amazon as well. Also, you might want to call up some local stores and see whether the price difference (if there is one) is worth the wait.

Yes. They're based in Hong Kong, I believe. They are highly recommended within flashcard circles. I canceled an order recently, but only because they were out of R4s at the time.

Be aware, though: The shipping can take as long as a month, in some instances even more.

Yup... but the exchange rate isn't bad at the moment - from USD to AUD. Problem is, the US dollar is weakening against the Yuan too... hence, places that can get away with it and probably have slim margins have had to increase their USD prices on some items. It's USD15.50 now, which is probably going to work out to around AUD18.50 or AUD19 with the standard free shipping. If you can wait, or if you want three or five of the things, go DealExtreme with the tracked delivery (a couple of dollars extra - optional on one, mandatory for "bulkrate" orders). If you can't wait, then acegamestore looks pretty good.

AUD30, shipped, doesn't look too bad... you're looking at AUD29.95 PLUS shipping from cheapchips.com.au... mind you, that's with a USB adaptor instead of an SD to Micro SD adaptor, from the looks of things, so that may have some attraction.

If you're referring to DealExtreme's shipping, they also offer expedited shipping.

You mean you lost it in your computer, right?

Just open it up and retrieve the card.

maybe he has a metal cpu fan, and the card fell into it and got chopped into a million pieces by the blades.
