it sounds too much like "cow patty"
Funny, you go to some places and hamburgers actually look, smell and taste very similar to a month old left in the sunny field cow patty... not gonna be pointing any McFingers around though.

HugeCock: there seems to be a distinct lack of pride in peoples workplaces these days, especially when people are essentially being used as assembly line robots in low wage positions. If more people made a point of complimenting the people that do a good job for them (in stead of perpetually being in a "I'm in a hurry, I can't even drive my car without eating and talking on the phone all at the same time - so why would I have the time to take a second to say thanks?" mode) we would see a steady increase in the number of people who actually like their jobs well enough to actually do them.

Ever see that movie, with the kid from AI who was passing it along? Bad attitudes spread even more easily, as people rarely realize they are passing it on

I try to take pride in my work but it's so hard when the manager is always watching you and wanting you to follow all the rules. If I did everything I was supposed to to make it "easy" for the customer, this is what would happen.

1) Welcome the customer as they enter the store
2) Ask them if they need help finding anything
3) Ask annoying questions about how they will use their pen
3) Walk them to the product and hand it to them
4) Recommend the Staples brand
5) Ask if they need some random item to go with their purchase
6) Offer a plan on the item
7) Mention the copy center makes stamps
8) Mention the rewards card
9) Then the cashier is to mention the plan
10) Then the cashier is to mention the rewards card
11) Then they say have a nice day

I usually do my best to cut the bull and just get them in and out as fast as I can because that's what they really want, not to be bugged to death like corporate wants us to. I'm always taking crap from the boss though because I don't do all the steps to ensure the customer never comes back.

I for one despise cheese on my hamburger. I love cheese, and I love hamburgers, but not together. I go out to eat, I tell them I want "A hamburger, NO cheese, the product that you give me will be without cheese" What do I get, a freaking cheeseburger.

One time at McDonalds I ordered a hamburger and the genius girl tells me "Oh, we don't have hamburgers" Um...okay, do you have cheeseburgers? "Yeah, we have cheeseburgers" So...umm...could I get a cheeseburger without the cheese? "Yeah" Okay...then I guess I'll have a cheeseburger without cheese...

Haha wel I work at the mc donalds in the netherlands and we do have hamburgers without cheese
