You should check up web sites about dog training. You need to start young to train them not to bite. Ideally you should be able take your dog's food away while it's eating and not have it growl or bite you.

You're the boss. I know you don't want to be cruel to your cute little puppy, but your dog will be happier if you're a little bit tough on it. They like strong leaders. It'll grow up to be a much more confident and secure doggy.

I used to let my puppy bite me and do whatever he wanted. He grew up to be a psycho. Still cute though. But he's dead now.

i just got back from feeding her, she is very well house trained.

So yeah, Spraying her with water or/and patting her on the head and saying 'No'

awww I love labs rhys, they kick so much arse. yours still looks quite young. I've got a black lab at the moment and used to have a yellow one, he made it to 16 years old! awesome dogs

Yeah all pups will nip and bite when they're being playful. usually they have a mean/funny look on their face when they play and the eyes will be wide open and crazy looking. don't worry it's normal as long as they stop when they grow up

All the dogs I've known have grown out of biting but they're mainly large dogs like labs, german shepards, goldren retrievers etc.
