i got a DSL and R4DS can i make games play faster ??

    i want games like pokemon go X2-4 faster
    i used to play them fast in emulators and it sux to play it on normal speed :q
    so is there a way to make a game work faster with the R4DS?

    Not a chance of that happening.

    If DSi mode gets jailbroken, then it may be possible to run them at twice the speed. Of course the R4DS doesn't work on the DSi.

    LOL. DSi, Jailbroken, twice the speed..? Pahahah. It's not an iPod.

    Anyway, if you want games to be faster you'd need some sort of overclock/overvolt. There are some guides out there, but it's probably too difficult for someone asking for faster games with an R4. I think you can get to about 1.6x speed without any issues.

    Why not? The processor on the DSi is clocked at twice the speed of the DS.

    Sonic classic collection for example runs faster on the DSi than the DS.

    There's a special case for DS lites I once saw. It had a hardware overclock switch on the side, making the game you are playing run faster. No idea where I found it or how the hell it was installed.
