Hacking I get white screens when I insert my EZ Pass 2

I have a DS Lite that I am flashing with an EZ Pass 2 and an EZ4 Lite. I put the Flashme.bin file on the MicroSD card and used the ispVM software with my EZ Pass 2 (for nanostray). When I run flasme.bin, it acts as if I turned on a GBA without a game in it. I insert the EZ Pass 2 and turn it on, but I get two white screens. Can someone help me?
