Homebrew I get the dreaded ret -6 error when INSTALLING DVDX.

Now I have CIOSv5 installed.
When I click in the homebrew channel where my DVDX installer is; when it loads up the .dol it just gives me the error ret -6 and I have no idea how to get it up and running. I followed the intructions as best as I could.

Could someone help?

I got that error before. I had an early version of DVDX installed (I think), so I uninstalled it and installed the latest. If you didn't install another version of it, then I have no clue on how to help you.

    One thing that just occurred to me.... The sound on the 2600 sucked less back then the harsh sound we hear now is from infinitely better speakers we have now, back when the 2600 was new speakers produced a almost muffled sound, like CRTs made old graphics look slightly better.

    I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

    It's old but it's the best firmware out for DS stuff

    Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
