Hey,

it´s been a long time ago since i tried homebrew on my 3DS. Maybe Summer 2017 oder 2016.

And since then i get every time at booting my original 3ds an error message "an exception occurred".

The error is a ARM11 (core 0) error.

The Luma Version i use is 8.1.

I hope you can help to solve this problem.

Does it boot properly without the SD card? If so, you simply have the wrong boot.firm in the root of your SD card, so get the right one.

Considering you said summer of 2017 was last time you used it, how are you on 8.1 exactly? It could be you have a9lh instead of b9s and trying to use a b9s Luma if you tried updating the CFW and then the problem started. Can you boot into the chainloader? (hold down Select when booting)

Try using this version of Luma real quick and tell me if it works: This is the last supported a9lh version, so if this works, you simply have been trying to use an unsupported version. If it works, follow this guide to be up-to-date:
I have to put it into the root of my sd-card right?

Because i didn´t had these folders on the root of my sd-card

First link is not helping, i will try the second.

EDIT:
Ok i see, only follow link 2 when link 1 was success.

Only put the arm9loaderhax.bin from the archive in the first link in the root of your SD card, that's all. Ignore all other files.

So i am back at home and i tested it.

It didn´t change something. I still get the same error. :(

Then undo that and check your SD card for errors with an app, that's the only thing I can think of.
