As we all know that Nintendo™ has started to BAN people who have used illegal software (Hombrew Apps) or hacked/edited thier games saves and then played online or the ones whose 3DS downloaded software or sent system information through SpotPass™ Well, i have found a workaround.

I suggest Method 1 as it will allow you to play online.

    Method 1:

    1. Change you region in eshop to some other region (Ex. If you live in USA change to Dubai)
    2. Disable SpotPass in your System Settings (Both Options)
    3. Do not download anything from eShop except redownloadable software or updates
    4. Delete connection 1 and save it as connection 2.
    5. Change the IP Address of your connection to
    6. Do not play online with hacked saves (Ex. Trading illegal pokemon in Wonder Trade, etc.)
    7. You are done, now enjoy!

    Method 2:

Just switch off your internet on the 3DS (Disabled through HomeMenu) and DO NOT put your 3DS on Sleep Mode at all i.e Do not close the lid on N3DSXL/N3DS/O3DSXL/O3DS until and unless you have powered it off and do not slide the Sleep button on a 2DS!

EDIT: Not only eshop ban but also game bans and others.

EDIT 2: This is only for preventing a ban and not reparing a current ban.

EDIT 3: I got banned on one of my 3DS as i had hacked my Pokémon OR's save file! F*** the company who should not be named!
