... I have a social anxiety disorder. This was pretty hard to accept, but why the hell should I lie to myself? I realised I have no friends, but not because people would reject me - it's because I rejected them, out of my irrational fear. I want things to change, any advices?

Try finding groups and communities that have the same interests are you..you should be able to relate easily with them!

I'd suggest an avatar change first, then call the people that you kept away in the past, they were there for a reason.
I've been there and there's a way out so don't worry
