Hacking I finally got a CECHA01 3.55 OFW PS3. How do I get started with CFW?

What's supposed to be the most reliable CFW for loading emulators and playing backups of PS2 and PS3 games? What are all the files and programs I need and how exactly do I install them?
I downloaded "4.81.2_D-REX.zip" from the Rebug website and my PS3 tells me that it's corrupted when I try to install it via updating.

First, you must install a 3.55 CFW First to update the CFW.
And I recommend Habib CFW, what's your opinion?
