A really cool way to differentiate nands on old 3ds models is to parental lock 3d on sysnand. When you're in emunand, the green 3d light will be lit.

I reduced the bright of the sysnand, and in the Emunand a normal level besides the theme, i not use the sysnand for nothing.

It's just one of the default ones.

My sysnand has low brightness and an S folder, while my emunand has an E folder and higher brightness.

Having the ! in front of the & will work too.

! stands for not in Computer Science and many programming languages, so !& would mean not AND (which is what NAND stands for.)
