Ok so let's say that this is practically the same thing for my method of downloading Switch games, because you wont be able to play them until you buy them in the eShop. Then, you wont have to redownload it.
So my method is no more than downloading a game before buying it ... like for Windows 10. Plus macOS also have hidden CDN urls, but it's legal to download it like script like gibMacOS (on Windows 10)
