ROM Hack I converted a .3ds game to .cia and the home menu shows an update, but it keeps reappearing?

Hi, I converted an encrypted .3ds japanese game to .cia, and it worked ok, but my 3ds home menu shows an update, I press A, then Y to update, the process takes about 10 seconds and once it finish, the update option appears again.
Is this common?
I have a 11.2 N3DS and I use Luma 6.6 through A9LH btw.

If you're on a non-Japanese system, you won't be able to install the update from the home menu, you'll need to use fbi to install it via qr code or such.
