I can't unscrew 2 of my screws to open motherboard (New 3DS XL)

Help! 2 of my screws can't unscrew to open my 3ds motherboard & replace my faulty circle pad. The screws appear to be like damaged & look more circular then crossed. It cant be sealed forever!

when that happens, it kinda depends on the shape, but sometimes you can get screws out with a flathead screwdriver. the drilling method would've been my main suggestion if they're stripped.
