I can't set the Windows Classic cursors in Windows 10 anymore

Also, is it possible to get the animated Classic set somewhere? You know, with the rotating hourglass?

Up to a couple of updates ago, I could set the Windows Classic cursor scheme by selecting '(None)' in Mouse Properties > Pointers. Now, while the window shows the Classic set, the cursor itself is in the Windows 10 scheme (called Windows Default in the selector).
