From what I understood, all you have to do is put your romfs.bin file into the same folder as ctrtool and use this command in the cmd:
ctrtool –intype=romfs –romfsdir=romfsdir romfs.bin
When I do this, cmd appears to do something (it doesn't give me an error), but I don't see a romfs folder anywhere. What am I doing wrong?
