Gaming I can't save my pokemon platinum and heartgold game

guys i can't save my pokemon platinum and heartgold game please help.

in the pokemon platinum
everytime i save the game and turn off my nds, it always come back to professor rowan when we first choose the character and i should insert the name and etc.
please help i've tried hold select+up+ b to delete the saved game data. but it still not work.

and in the pokemon heartgold
everytime i want to save it said

"Error saving data.

The backup memory has failed.
The game may be played but it is impossible to save.

Please turn off the power"

btw i'm using EDGE card
please help me ,thanks before

Corrupted microSD card or broken roms. Format your microSD card using SDFormatter with these settings:
Format Type: Full (Overwrite)
Format Size Adjustment: On

Then try roms from a different source
