I remember a friend told me about this program, that you use to run other programs in smaller windows. Such as games that require full screen, you can put them in a smaller window... Does anyone know what it was called or where to get one. Im sure there are multiple programs of it.

I assume f4/alt and enter are not an option.
There was some stuff as part of a cheat toolkit although I only used it about 10 times and got lockups (hard reset ones) 7 of those times (the other three framerates bombed to slideshow).
A lot of games however have the option in their shortcut/command line or setup app. Dig around the documentation to find it.

There is also WinEQ2. It was one of the first of such programs, originally made for Everquest. It also does more than just window MMO games, but runs multiple instances and stuff.
