Homebrew I can't get this BGM to load for the life of me.

I'm using YATA+ to import it because Usagi doesn't have that feature for some reason.

Does anyone know what the issue is? Both Usagi and YATA+ seem to recognize it, but when I load it on my 3ds it doesn't even play. I've tried switching to the default theme and back, but it still doesn't seem to work.

If anyone can link me to another bcstm converter, that would also be great, as this one does not seem to work.

Edit: Scratch that, I can't get any custom music to work for any theme.

No music plays when I switch the theme.

Since I made the post however, it looks like now it's just my BGM that doesn't work.
