ROM Hack I can't figure out how to edit clothes in Ohana3DS for Pokemon Sun

I'm trying to change the design on the male white tank top in Pokemon Sun. I know which GARC file it is found in (a/1/8/2), but I don't know which .bin file it is. I have tried about ten different .bin files and all of them give me an error message: "this file is not a model file!". What am I doing wrong? Am I supposed to convert the .bin file to .bch? I have never had to do that when editing Pokemon models. I also don't know how to do that. Am I using the wrong GARC file? I'm pretty sure I've got it right, but it can't hurt to double check. If anyone has some idea of what to do, I would greatly appreciate the feedback.

    That's one of the issues I have with ecchi stuff recently, it focuses too much on the sexual aspect, not the comedy effect.
