Contact the local Nintendo support. If they don't help you at first, show them the articles, found online, on those problems and try to ask for a new one.

    1)Show Lite to Kmart
    2)Show receipt
    3)Get shiny new Lite

Easy, yes? That's what I did, anyway.

Without the receipt, you can't do anything.

Although you can always borrow one receipt if one of your friends has a ds lite. [IMG]

    1. Buy tri-wing screwdriver.
    2. Go to local Wal-Mart and buy another DSL.
    3. Go home and exhange the back cover and return it.

    Just kidding...

Hmmm, The laws in canada state you have 7 days to get your money back and 30 day's for an exchange or you can sue.

Or at least make it very uncomfortable for a store manager or clerk [IMG]

Well, I had a busted touchscreen (and it WAS Nintendo's fault) and my store refused to take it. So I simply used noFlashME and that broke PictoChat and Settings. They replaced it immediatelly afterwards [IMG] .
