I had the exact same problem with one of mine - turns out it just wasn't making contact properly.

Try this: when you insert it into your card reader, either gently press down on the top of the card, or up on the bottom and try and keep a little pressure on while you try deleting/etc.

Ok, well the lock slide on the SD adaptor is not on and there isnt such a switch on the mini SD itself.

Jeomite: can you please provide step by step how to do that DOS thing?

BTW, the card DOES show up in my computer, and i can see whats on it, but the second i try to actually do something (add/copy/delete) it wont let me.

P.S. DS roms have 2 files, the .nds one and the .sav one. the .sav is where all your save games are stored right?

Find out what driver letter your miniSD card is located by using My Computer. It should be a drive letter such as E:, F:, G:, H: etc.

Open up DOS Prompt by clicking the Start Menu, choose Run. Type in CMD and press enter.

Type in
FORMAT /FS:FAT32

Example if the miniSD is Drive Letter H:
FORMAT H: /FS:FAT32

The reason for the /FS:FAT32 command is because you would want the miniSD Card is use the FAT32 for best compatibility.

Let me know if it did the trick.

i had a card with this same problem, and after checking in other readers/pc's and checking another miniSD in my reader, i determined the card was defective and had to RMA it

It might be the adapter isn't making good contact on the miniSD and/or reader side. You might need a reader that supports miniSD directly.

i think, formatting isn't a perfect way. rewrite 2 gb? - no way. I'll wait.
DOS, Linux, Safe mod, i want to try some of theese.
Corrupted - dont' think so to. Wrong names are even in Afrika - wrong names.
