Hello I'm completely new to the PS Vita hacking scene (I just bought my first Vita back in december) so perhaps I did something wrong because I installed some plugins with autoplugin (the plugins in question are: reF00D, shellbat, quick power and PSP2-batteryfixer) when I rebooted the Vita it asked me to input the date and then I couldn't login to the PSN, I'm spoofing correctly and even whent to the DNS Settings but nothing, help what can I do? is something from my config.txt or what?

if it asked for date and time, something may be wrong with the battery. however, I've heard of this problem before, but I don't know what's worked. maybe post your config.txt.

Thanks for answering, here is my ur0: tai/config.txt

    # This file is used as an alternative if ux0:tai/config.txt is not found.
    # For users plugins, you must refresh taiHEN from HENkaku Settings for
    # changes to take place.
    # For kernel plugins, you must reboot for changes to take place.
    # henkaku.skprx is hard-coded to load and is not listed here
    # main is a special titleid for SceShell

as the line at the top says, # This file is used as an alternative if ux0:tai/config.txt is not found. ux0 will override ur0 if a tai config.txt is found there. as for your config.txt, what is nonpdrm_un.skprx and repatch_4.skprx? try holding L to disable all plugins at boot. then, try to sign in.

When I was searching in autoplugin for nonpdrm and repatch I remember there was other plugins with almost the exact name and since I didn't know which one was the "official" I installed both, but neither gave me any problem, the problems started when I installed the plugins that I mentioned before.

I disabled all plugins like you said but now I can't access the henkaku settings, and now in system information it says that I'm in version 3.73, but I still can't log in, it keeps saying that I need to update my software, now what do I do? Like I said I'm extremely new to the hacking scene so I'm affraid to do anything on my own and risk to make things worst

might try deleting the id.dat on ux0, then restarting. the file will be recreated.

I deleted the id.dat, but keeps asking to update to connect to PSN, in system information now says that I'm in 3.60, so basically I'm in the same state I was in my first post

are you sure you're not using enso ex? the id.dat will show the system software version. if you're using a spoof, it will display the spoofed version. however, it will show the true firmware version in system settings. the only app I know of that will show spoofed in system settings is enso ex. it's mainly for advanced users, cuz a lot of people have bricked their systems messing with it.

Messy config, DO NOT use autoplugin and don t install the same plugin twice

First, you may replace ref00d with syscall6 by skgleba

    Are u still using repatch?
If you are using compat packs, remove them all and use syscall6
    Also remove repatch.

If you are using repatch for translations, on 3.60 you should be able to merge the patch with the update data and remove repatch (unless the game has no update) (patched on 3.65+)

    This should work.

I followed a tutorial to hack my Vita from 3.73 and installed enso without problems so I pretty sure I don't have enso ex

    — Posts automatically merged - Please don't double post! —

Does syscall6 serve the same purpose as reF00D? And how do I replace/delete plugins? Like I said I'm completely new to all of this, so I used autoplugin because it seemed pretty simple to use. I use repatch for translations and undubs, finally at this point should I just start from scratch? Put my Vita back in OFW and then hacked it again?

I think it does for now at least. It works entirely differently though.

Yes, but it s a native patch and it s the fastest.
Ref00d reimplement the decryption so it does not work for a few games and it add a minor delay to your game boot.

    Dowload
    https://github.com/SKGleba/0syscall6/releases

You only need to put the plugin in ur0:tai and add a new line under KERNEL
    ur0:tai/0syscall6.skprx

You usually find instructions in readme

If you want a UI, this will not mess your config
    https://bitbucket.org/kylon/plugins-manager-vita/downloads/

As always, read the reame for more info

Can you show a screenshot or photo of your HENKaku settings along with what spoofing is set to? Also what happens if you do not use a custom DNS?

I thought I read that reF00D ran on the main cpu which is faster than F00D and so was actually faster. I haven't timed it myself though.

Isn't the incompatibility fixed with new keys.bin?

No it is slower, this is not a cpu job, there is food for that.

This is not a compatibility problem, ref00d cannot decrypt games with a lot of modules, again food is the right way, so syscall6 is what we need.

I'm glad OP made this thread because I was about to. I've been using a Vita 1000 with Enso 3.65 for over a year and it's dandy, but I've just installed Enso 3.60 on a Vita 2000 and am having this issue, even with spoofing, custom DNS, the works. I tried deleting id.dat as mentioned here and it didn't help. Every time I try to log into PSN, it tells me to update. I asked in the Vita hacking Discord server, but no one had any answers and the channel activity flooded it out. Here's my config:

    *KERNEL
    ur0:tai/storagemgr.skprx
    ur0:tai/kuio.skprx
    ur0:tai/nonpdrm.skprx
    ur0:tai/0syscall6.skprx
    #ur0:tai/udcd_uvc.skprx

    *main
    ur0:tai/henkaku.suprx
    ur0:tai/custom_warning.suprx
    ur0:tai/shellbat.suprx
    ur0:tai/pngshot.suprx
    ur0:tai/download_enabler.suprx

    *NPXS10015
    ur0:tai/henkaku.suprx

    *NPXS10016
    ur0:tai/henkaku.suprx

    # ITLS
    *KERNEL
    ur0:tai/itls.skprx

    try the update blocker: https://bitbucket.org/SilicaAndPina/updateblocker/src/master/

it will restart the system after blocking firmware updates. it can also block game updates. doing or undoing either requires a restart even if you select block when it's already blocked. not doing so will cause qcma to behave erratically. I've taken every precaution to avoid updates with this app being one of them. it was suggested to use it in the main vita tutorial. I don't see it there anymore, since the dns is usually good enough.

Your config seems ok(just merge the two kernels), deleting id.dat is pointless, it will never fix psn problems...
    There is something else.

Post your henkaku settings, also does henkaku.suprx exists?

F00D is a cpu, which appears to be clocked lower than the main cpu.

    ....i mean the main cpu
You don t get the point, food is a special processor that is there to decrypt stuff, it does not need 400mhz, it is optimized and it can do its own stuff in less time with a lower clock.
You can t use the cpu to do everything, when you can you offload some work to other specialized devices to increase perf.

This is not a "how things work" thread, so take it as is, food is faster.
