Hacking I cant boot my PSP in recovery mode

I have soft modded my E1000 PSP with 660 PR0 B10. i want to enable the CWCHEAT plugins but I cant boot my PSP in recovery mode (power button + R) to do so.

Also i see the CWCheats isnt being updated anymore, is there a direct link to the latest cheats or is that already in the CWCHEAT I downloaded, I need Gran Turismo cheats specifically.

The power + R is only used on perma-patched psps.

When the hack is active, press select on the XMB, then go down to recovery menu. Then, go to plugins and enable CWCheat. You can also modify your game.txt to enable plugins (0 = disabled, 1 = enabled). As for cheats, raing3 keeps them up to date, but I don't know about specific games.

Thanks. I cant find any cheats in the CWCheat menu. Where are they?
