I have a modded Deluxe Edition Wii U on the latest software version with Aroma installed. Earlier today, I installed an app to my SD card from this zip file that will be attached below. According to the post I got it from, it's the Wii U USB Helper Transfer Tool I wanted so that I could install pirated games more easily. However, after merging the wiiu folder from the zip with the one on my SD card, I booted up my Wii U and found a message telling me to link an NNID account. Odd, I thought, since I already linked one in the past. But, then, as I continued, I found all my folders and homebrew apps gone. My games (legit and pirated) were still there, yes, but all my homebrew apps and folders weren't, with every item previously inside a folder being moved outside. Then, when I loaded my SD card on my computer again, I found that all the app folders were still there, but they just weren't showing up. I removed the app from the Wii U apps folder, but when I put the card in my Wii U again, it said it couldn't load payload.elf. I didn't tamper with any files other than adding the USB_LOADER folder to the apps, although both times I ejected the SD card it said it was in use, which may have contributed to my problem? I also had Wii U USB Helper open in the background during this whole situation. Please help me, I don't know what to do!
NEVERMIND! Seems the brick was simply due to a read error. I'm fine!!!
