Hacking I bricked my wii but can still boot cBoot2

My Wii is in recovery mode and can only run cBoot2 as of right now. How do I use cBoot2 to recover from the brick?

I'm sure people would like a little more info on the brick,

But sense you can boot cboot2 i'm sure you can recovery from it easy

Well, it depends what you did to brick your wii. More info would be helpful, such as exactly what it does right now beyond bootmii/cboot2, what other software is installed (preloader, startpatch, etc.) and the version of the system menu.

As for the basic bricks:
* If you installed a channel and it banner bricked, just uninstall the channel.
* If you accidentally uninstalled the menu IOS, just reinstall it.

Or if you have a good NAND backup you can put the normal BootMii files on your SD card and restore to that.
