I bought a r4 flash card off ebay, but I don't know which firmware to download.

which it comes with no instruction and the flash card has no label.

I am confused on how to set this up........... should I download of the the firmware from here : http://www.r4isdhc.com/r4-download/

Same website hosts a bunch of other cartridge kernels that I've been trying to find for some time now. This cart isn't actually an Ace3DS+ clone but an R4 i.L.S. clone, but the hardware is similar enough that the same file structure could be maintained.
