So i installed 3ds homebrew last week and just now figured how to install apps (but I did get starter so i had some things) but there are still a couple things I still need. So #1 is how do I install 3ds gba roms. I had citrAGB for a while and have no idea how to install the roms. Blargsnes was easier because it had a website with help but this emulator never said anything for installing roms. #2 is custom themes. I want to know how you make them, put them in, and custom music possibility? If anyone could help, that would be appreciated.

    Well...
#1 is not really worth it because the current GBA Emulators on the 3DS are not really fully developed so running a GBA rom on the 3DS is super slow and buggy.
To install some SNES roms what you gotta do is open your SD card and right click and create a new folder. Name it snes and there you'll place your snes roms.
#2 Go into your SD card, go to 3ds, 3ds_homemenu_extdatatool, and click and drag the theme you downloaded from http://3dsthemes.com/ in there. Usually it would be the body.lzm you would put in the folder. If you wanna see a video,

<-- That would be your best bet.

Edit: Also, if there seems to be a lack of info on custom themes on my part, I really don't have that much knowledge on the subject. :/ sorry

He said he's a noob, so correction to #2: Unzip it and copy the files to 3ds home menu ext data tool

Umm, why not CHMM instead of the extdata tool?

    Ok, I tell him then.

    1. Download CHMM and install it.
    2. Inside the CHMM folder make a folder called "Themes".
    3. Download your themes from wherever (http://3dsthemes.com or the Custom Theme Thread are nice places to look for).
    4. Put the downloaded themes in the Themes folder. The structure must be sd:/3ds/CHMM/Themes/<theme name>/body_LZ.bin (and optionally a bgm.bcstm and a preview.png, depending on the theme).
    5. Before installing a theme, set it from the HOME menu to one of the plain color themes (Red, Blue, Yellow, Pink, Black; Default doesn't work AFAIK).
    6. Run CHMM, select the theme you want to install, press A, wait until it's finished, and quit with Start (there's no indication that it's installing other than the D-Pad not working when you press it, so just press A then mash down/up until it's moving).
    7. Go back HOME and it should be working.

You must repeat step 5 every time you want to use a new theme.

Themes aren't permanent, they go away whenever you change to another and they don't appear in the HOME menu.
