Hacking I am having trouble finding BootNTR Selector on my 3DS

I am trying to install BootNTR Selector on my New 3DS XL. I have already checked TitleDB in FBI and the only thing that shows up is the FBI application itself.

also, I talked to Steviece10, it's not being put back into FBI, however my site has QR code support
