Hacking I am dumb and i locked my region locked my whole wii u

If I missed any critical information that cause im an idot lol. tell me and ill provide it.

TL;DR- Wii u region locked on a country that doesnt exist

Basically I tried to region-free my WiiU(hacked) for a game via winSCP and managed to lock myself in a region that doesnt exist. I cannot activate neither the homebrew nor the hacks. even setting is locked now.

What can I do?
Will formating the console help and how do I do this?
