I am a bit of an inventor and I generate a lot of ideas. Maybe you could help me rate them?

I am more of a big idea person and wouldn't see anything through.
Idea number 1- Replace business cards by tapping cell phones ( other android device) then grabbing and exchanging electronic data.
Idea number 2- It gets stuffy in rooms in the winter time as air circulation is poor. Have a timed device which sits over a window and shuts after X amount of time.

An air hockey game across cell phone devices. Sitting across from another person at a table, move the cell phone (android device) would manipulate the puck. You watch the action via the screen.
