I accidentally went online with monster hunter 4 ultimate for trying to get dlc content will I get banned I was using a sky3ds plus and I haven't created a private header yet I tried to get dlc content of it
The question is this will I get banned on the 3ds I was only trying to get dlc
Please anyone please answer my question

i was using .3ds rom with no private header

No, it's only for roms

Cia games don't need private headers but .3ds and .3dz roms do

You're not getting banned because you went online without a header just once. I mean, you actually can be banned, but the chances are low. Just make sure not repeat this. I went online once in Pokemon ORAS and I didn't get banned.

Monster hunter games use Capcom servers so the risk might be lower. Either way, get that fixed.
