In short he's a hacker for 5.5.x that told everyone he had an exploit. He said that the exploit would be released late 2015, that was unrealistic so it became January 2016, he then pushed the date back further and told everyone he would definitely release it in February. Weeks go by and he disappears from GBATemp and Twitter, people start speculating and the whole topic becomes very taboo.Those who say he lied all along and those who say it was the peoples fault and/or he got busted. He 'had' what most 5.5.x hackers wanted, got everyone's hopes up and then didn't/hasn't delivered.

To be fair the only time he actually gave a release date was the February one. All the other times he was just saying that he was trying to release it by then, as long as it's finished.
I haven't given up hope for an IOSU exploit yet though, there are still people working on it.

There is that but I'd say there's a 5% chance that it could be him. I'd leave it for a bit. If there isn't anything else besides "Hello world", then I'd say it's fake.
