Well, it even fails to boot into the provided Homebrew Launcher v1.1.1 (stuck on red screen, when i replace it back with HBL v1.1.0, Homebrew Launcher boots fine)

I don't know what you're doing wrong, But I can boot into HBL 1.1.1 just fine, on 10.7 and 11.0.

Glad I got it in time. :) It's not quite as fast as Vhax, but it triggers with no button presses whatsoever.

As am I, but I do feel sorry for those who bought the Humble Bundle who hadn't redeemed their code.

A problem I had was that if I had any previous save data before installing humblehax, it wouldn't load (yellow screen before crashing back to home menu). I only tried this with NBL 1.1.1, so it might be the issue you're having. Try wiping your save data and reinstalling the hax if you can, and see if that helps.

You could try wiping your save data before running the installer.

When you say 'fffffff error' what exactly does the screen show?

What entrypoint did you use to run the installer?

Hmm... the issue could be with Smashhax. I've heard it can be pretty finicky with some things.

Do you have the mmap folder (with .xml files) on the root of your SD card?

of course! I did my research beforehand. I even erased my smash update files to do the job and find a custom CAP file for the smash version (smashhax helper had all BUT the base version I have). Funny thing is, that it says it sometimes it doesn't work but I was able to execute the hax 99% of the time.

Hmm, I don't know too much about Smashhax, but it sounds like it could be an incompatibility between the humblehax installer and Smashhax. Try and find any other people who have installed humblehax via Smashhax and ask how they did it.

Sorry I can't help any more than this. Good luck!

I hope someone can help me with this. I can't get the installer to run.
I boot my N3DS on 10.7.0-32E via oothax in the newest homebrew launcher (1.1.1. from https://citizens.salthax.org).
When I try to start the humblehax installer it instantly freezes...
I have all neccessary files on my card (like the mmap in the root).

And I don't know how to delete my CoE savegame (to try if that helps). It's not listed in the 3DS' data management and the game doesn't provide any delete functionality...
I have no other hax installed and want to be able to update to the newest firmware without loosing all hacking possibilities.

While I don't know why the installer isn't running, you can delete the save data from your SD card (through a computer; navigate via the Nintendo 3DS folder). Just be careful, and back up any files you delete.

For me, the installer ran fine with save data, but the hax itself didn't load when I had a save file in the first slot.

And when you say "humblehax installer it instantly freezes", what exactly do you mean? Do you get a yellow screen? A black screen?
