GOD DAMN IT HUMBLE! I have a USA 3DS and Wii U, and as such, I can't buy the bundle because I can only get the European codes.
I changed my IP to USA one and it told me it's not available in my country.

Nope, unless it always does. They tell you if it comes with the dlc. It may be something they add later.

Ah. Do you have any acquaintances in the USA? If so you could PayPal them the money, they buy the bundle for you and then they email you the codes.

That was the original idea and I may do that in the end if I can't find anyone to just trade the codes.

Hey! Got the Bundle, but I already had RetroCity rampage "sideloaded" at some point. Now I cant redeem the code in the eshop, because eshop thinks I have the game, but then still the download fails. Is there a way to fix this?

You can use 3dsdb.com as well, they only list title ids.

The link is also sent to you by email and yes you get the games that are added later as long as you paid for the right tier.
The gift link is just so someone else can claim it and have it linked to their humble account.
