Hacking Howto use Real time features?

Hello.

Can anyone please tell me a little bit more information about HowTo use those real time modes?

I´ve tried to use the Real Time Game Guide mode without success. Therefore I´ve converted a game (using Super Mode software for SC DS(ONE) 2.58) and a converted .txt file (using cht2supercardcheat_v1.02). But nothing happens when I pressed L+R+START+DOWN.
And what will be the correct destination path for a game guide?

Which Options do you mean? Options of the Supercard or of the Software? I assume you mean the Supercard itself, right?
I cannot find a Super Mode in the Option or Other menu.

I believe, if he is reffering to the supercard's menu on the cart, then it is in either Options or Other Options but under the option Enable Patcher. Once youve clicked Enable Patcher it will bring up a menu with all different options to configure eg "enable cheats"
